大変申し訳ありません。 ページエンコードをISO-8859-1に設定しても、コメントが文字化けしますか？ 実際に、ページのHTMLコードを見れば、charsetがまだ「iso-8859-1」になっています。つまり、このテキストボックスにSHIFT-JISの文字を入れれば、文字化けしちゃうかも？
