GoogleのデスクトップOSは「Goobuntu」？

Google PCがあっさり否定されたあともくすぶり続けるGoogle OSの可能性について新たな情報。The Registerによると、GoogleはすでにUbuntu/GnomeベースのデスクトップOSを開発しており、近い時期に公開を予定している、とのこと。

追記：　さて、改行2つほど続いたこの噂ですが、Ars Technica が報じているGoogle広報Sonya Borälv氏のコメントによると、「(Googleは)内部でUbuntuを使っていることはたしかだが、社外に配布する計画はない」とのこと。はい終了。
