謎の(まま消えてゆく)携帯ゲーム機Gizmondo、欧州部門消滅

2.8インチ液晶に400MHz ARM9プロセッサ、nVIDIA製GPU、内蔵GPSとBluetoothとカメラ、SDスロット、さらに携帯電話(GSM)ネットワークへの接続機能、mp3/wmv/mpeg4再生と夢のようなハードウェア構成、廉価版(スタンダード版)を買うとゲーム機だけどCMが自動的にダウンロード・挿入される興味深いビジネスプラン、限りなく黒に近い灰色の経営陣、本国でも米国でもまったく鳴かず飛ばずな売上と謎が多すぎて困ってしまう携帯ゲーム機Gizmondoは先日とうとう発売元である英Tiger Telematicsが再建手続きに入りましたが、欧州部門であるGizmondo Europeは債務を支払えず清算される見込みとのこと。

......そろそろ買い？
