インテルMacでXPを起動：ついに達成？

インテルMacでWindowsを走らせるプロジェクトについてはBIOSではなくEFI採用が問題・XPonMactelに賞金・VistaもEFIサポートなしと逐一お伝えしてきましたが、WinXP on Macフォーラムではかなりの信用を得ている"narf2006"氏の主張によるとすでにXPのインストールと起動に成功したとのこと。

証拠としてはFlickrに載せられた写真数枚のほか、他のインテルMacオーナーが検証できるように手順も公開されている......のですが"転送量過多"にてダウン中。

すでに12000ドル(約150万円)近くまで溜まっている賞金を何とか手に入れようとする狂言ではないかと邪推する声もありますが、真偽はともかくちゃんと再現できなければもちろん賞金はもらえません。インテルMacオーナーのみなさんはどこかにミラーされている手順を見つけて検証してみてはいかがでしょうか。
