VistaはHD-DVDをネイティブサポート、Blu-rayはサードパーティ任せ

先週「Windows VistaはHD-DVDとBlu-rayを標準でサポートする」という報道が一部でありましたが、マイクロソフトVP Amir MajidimehrによるとネイティブでサポートされるのはやはりHD-DVDのみでありBlu-rayの再生をVistaに組み込む計画はないとのこと。まあこれまで繰り返されてきた通りの既定路線です。Blu-ray映画を見たい場合はサードパーティ製の再生ソフトを買うか、貧乏人のBDプレーヤではないゲーム機を使いましょう。
