PQI U510：厚さ3mmで16GBのUSBメモリ

PQIがクレジットカードサイズ(85x54mm)・厚さ3ミリで容量16GBのUSB2.0対応フラッシュメモリを発表。カードの隅をスライドさせて引き出すUSB端子も内蔵。

世界最小USBメモリことiDisk Diamond (128MB, 27x12x1.9mm, 1g)や板ガムより小さくて2GBのKingmax Super Stick (39x12x2mm, 5g)に比べればもちろん大きいものの、16GBとなるとあんなことやこんなことにも使えます。カード型ということで気になるのは折れてしまうことですが、+1ミリで充分な強度が稼げたと信じましょう。価格も発売時期も未定。
