レゴで超高速CD発射機

Lego MindStormの達人Philo氏による超高速CD射出機"HammerHead"。発射速度は飛んでいったCDが衝撃で割れるほど(ちょっと洒落にならない動画)。

一体なぜこんな物騒なものを作ろうとしたのか？といえばもちろんスパイウェア入りCDをソニーに突っ返すため、ではなく、レゴコミュニティでCD発射マシンの飛距離を競うコンテストが開かれたからだそうです。Philo氏のハマーヘッドは四連投の結果平均6.33メートルを記録して見事優勝したとのこと。
