Power Macは「Mac Pro」へ？

iBook/PowerBookの退役とMacBookの登場でいよいよ(Xserveを除き)最後のPower系となったPower Mac G5ですが、アップルの登録した商標からすると後任は「Mac Pro」になるようです。

AppleInsiderが発掘してきた文書によると、商標"Mac Pro"の登録分野は "コンピュータ、コンピュータハードウェア、ソフトウェア、周辺機器、ノートコンピュータ、ラップトップ、タブレットコンピュータ、サーバ、ハンドヘルドおよびモバイルコンピュータ"。つまりコンピュータ全般なんの名前としても使われる可能性はありますが、順当に考えてインテルベースのPowerMac置きかえ機になると思われます。ノートがMacBookとPro、デスクトップがiMacとMac Pro？
