ジェット降下翼GRYPHON続報

通勤・通学に使うコンシューマ版が発売されるわけでもないのに続報を載せてどうするのかやや疑問に思わなくもないジェット降下翼システムGRYPHONですが、前回の記事では分からなかった前面の写真を見かけたのでやっぱり掲載します。

リンク先Flight Globalの記事によると翼幅は約1.5メートル、ひとつ7kgのジェットエンジン×2を含むシステム全体の重量は約30kg(パラシュートは含まず)。翼に内蔵される燃料タンクの容量は約2リッターなど。エンジン搭載版のテストフライトは2007年Q3を予定。

前回の写真はこちら。暗くてよく見えませんが、普通にパラシュートを背負ってます。
