Gibbs Quadski：水陸両用の四輪ジェットスキー

ヴァージングループの総帥リチャード・ブランソン卿が誰も聞いたことがない世界記録(水陸両用車での英仏海峡横断最速)のために乗用したことでも有名なAquadaのメーカーGibbsから、四輪バギーとジェットスキーのハイブリッドビークル"Quadski"が登場。地上では不整地も走れるATVとして、水上ではジェットスキーとして時速50マイル(72キロ)で走行できます。

上の写真やこちらの動画で分かりますが、四輪走行モードからジェットスキーモードに移行するときはあの車の2015年仕様のように車輪が外側に開いて変形します。変形完了までの時間は約5秒。

レジャー用やレスキュー用途に開発されたようですが、量産化・一般販売の予定は不明です。
