シーゲイトMomentus 5400 PSD ハイブリッドHDD

サムスンとシーゲイトから"ReadyDrive"対応HHDでお伝えしたSeagate版ハイブリッドHDDの詳細が発表されました。Momentus 5400 PSDの型番になる2.5インチSATAドライブで、256MBのフラッシュメモリを搭載。容量は160GB。ノート向けに電力効率と信頼性の向上、起動時間の短縮を(VistaのReadyDriveと連携して)実現するとのこと。登場は2007年Q1から。
