ZYPAD WL 1000：腕コンピュータ

前回掲載したときはかなりあやふやなコンセプトだった腕コンピュータWWPCがParvus ZYPAD WL 100として本当に製品化されるようです。

スペックは3.5インチQVGAディスプレイ、AMD Au 1100 400MHzプロセッサ、64MB RAM, 64MB フラッシュメモリ、802.11b/g WiFiとBluetooth、GPSも搭載。入力インタフェイスはタッチスクリーンと11キー、さらにモーションセンサを内蔵して着用者が怠けていないか監視したり、あるいは腕を振り回してコマンド入力か何かも(たぶん)可能。

登場時期は"Coming Soon..."、価格は不明。スペックとしては全部入りPDAを腕にくくりつけたようなものですが、あからさまにコンシューマ向けではないため安くはなさそうです。
