MacBookを地震計にするソフトSeisMac

脳内ジェダイの修練に熱中するあまりMacBookと家財を破壊する痛ましい事故を続発させたMacSaber、Macを暴力で従わせるSmack Book、傾けてGoogle地図をスクロールハックに続いて今度はモーションセンサを地震計にするソフト"SeisMac"が登場。名前はSeismic(サイズミック)のだじゃれ。

MacBook / Proまたはセンサ入りiBook / PowerBookで実行するとリアルタイムに更新される地震計風グラフが出現します。計測は3軸ごとに±1G範囲を1Gあたり256段階、秒間200サンプルで表示。使い方は胸の上に載せて鼓動を計ったり、本物の地震を「ああ、これは大地震だなあ」と眺めたり。

地震大国の日本ではこれをバックグラウンドで大量に走らせてP2P地震計測プロジェクトを、などと考えたくなりますが、Macを触らずに安置しないかぎりタイピング地震ばかり観測されそうです。
