日本ではOneTouchシリーズの外付けストレージを見かけるMaxtorのNAS "Maxtor Shared Storage II"に1テラバイトモデルが登場。7200RPMの500GB HDDを2台内蔵してRAID 1にも対応、あとはギガイーサにプリンタその他もつなげるUSBポート×2、UPnP AV規格のメディアサーバといった構成。おなじみバックアップボタンもついてます。予想価格は$900ほど。
