AMDのATI買収が成立、54億ドル

今度こそ本当らしいといわれていたAMDのATI買収が正式に発表されました。金額はプレスリリースによると54億ドル。これで売上高73億ドル・従業員数1万5000人のプロセッサ企業が生まれることになります。

現ATIのCEO兼プレジデント Dave Orton氏は新生AMDのATIビジネス部門上級バイスプレジデントとなり、ATIからは2人の役員がAMDのボードに送られるとのこと。
