すぐ思いつくのはprintf系関数のフォーマット文字列に入力をそのまま入れた、ってことですが、それだと%s(文字列表示の指示)は説明できても%nがよく分かりません。それにその場合、%dで変な数字が吐き出される、みたいなバグもあってほしいところだし。 ですので、なんぞデバッグコードか、printf系以外のフォーマット文字列に関するものじゃないかと思います。
