アメリカ在住で Harmony の旧機種を使っています。ご指摘の困った状態になった場合は、ヘルプボタンを押すと各機器にコマンドを再送信した上で「テレビはONになっていますか」「アンプの入力はビデオ１になってますか」などの質問に答えさせ、「いいえ」なら更にコマンドを送信して整合性を取り戻すようになっています。
