ワイヤレスドック for iPod

サイレックスから、802.11b/g無線LANを搭載したドック「Wireless Dock for iPod」が登場。Mac / Windows PC側にソフトウェアをインストールすることで、無線LAN経由でiPodのシンクができます。

インタフェイス / ポート類はDockコネクタ、3.5mmステレオ音声出力、Sビデオ出力、100BASE有線LANポート。IR受信部も搭載してApple Remoteが使えます。WiFi部のセキュリティはWEP (64/128bit)、WPA-PSK (TKIP/AES)、WPA2-PSK(AES)に対応。

音楽の方を飛ばす製品はいろいろありますが、こちらはiPodのほうをオーディオシステム側に置いて同期を無線にする製品。発売は11月25日から、アップルストアやsilex直販サイトにて。量販店ではコレガブランドで販売されるとのこと。
