シャープ、ゲーマー向けAQUOS GP1Uシリーズを発表

CES前のプレスカンファレンスにて、シャープがAQUOSのゲーマー向けモデルGP1Uシリーズを発表しました。サイズは32インチと37インチ、どちらもフルHD 1080Pをサポート。"Gamer" GP1Uと名乗る理由は"Vyper Drive"技術。ゲーム機の出力から映像が表示されるまでの遅延を解消する技術であると説明されています。応答速度そのものは未詳(先日発表された32インチフルHDアクオスGシリーズは6ms、今回発表されたフラッグシップモデルD92シリーズは業界最速という4ms)。

また取り回しの容易な側面にポート類を配置。用意されるのはHDMI、コンポーネント、PCとの接続にDVI-I、サブウーファー出力。米国内出荷は3月、価格は未公開。詳細なスペックは追って掲載。
