磁気浮上キーボード

韓国EMBOTECが開発した「磁気浮上キーボード」。メンブレン(ゴム)やスプリングではなくキーと基部に取り付けられた永久磁石の反発力でキーを保持するという仕掛け。同社によれば長期の使用でも摩耗や疲労でキータッチが変わることなく、また業務用やゲーマーにも向いた高速なレスポンス時間が得られる、とのこと。

写真をみたかぎりではスイッチそのものがどんな構造になっているか分からないところ、最初は弱くて押し込むと強くなる反発力などどうかと思う点もあるものの、実際の打鍵感はちょっと気になります。韓国では今年後半に登場予定。価格は不明ながら、冷蔵庫やホワイトボードにくっつけるキートップ型マグネットが数十個セットと思えばなんとなくお得感がしてきます。
