台北では今週から店頭にEeePCが並び始めました。台湾でも予約殺到で入手しにくいとの事ですが、私が買った店はたまたま限定入荷が有ったとの事、値段は11,500元（日本円で40,000円位です）で入手出来ました。使い勝手は、７インチ液晶はやや狭く感じますが、キーは十分なサイズでインターネットの使用感は良好です。台湾版ですから、入力、表示は勿論中国語ですが、インターネットの日本語表示は可能です。またソフトはネオオフィスが添付され、それ以外にも豊富にインストールされています。無線LANにも標準で対応しているので、インターネット用サブマシンとしては最適なのではと感じました。
