ちょっと前に某ドイツテレコムが色商標を主張してEngadgetにロゴ色変更を要求したという話がありましたが、BBCのiPlayerのロゴのマゼンダ色といい白抜きの文字といい、まさに某社が主張する色商標そのものじゃないですか！またドイツテレコムが「色を変更してください」というお手紙を書くか見ものですね。
