Nokia 6212 classic NFC対応携帯

ノキアから、ストレート型携帯の新機種6212 classicが発表されています。仕様は2インチQVGAに2メガピクセルカメラなど至ってシンプルながら、注目はNFC (Near Field Communication)に対応すること。NFCは対応機器同士やタグを近接させて通信する、つまりおサイフケータイのFelicaのような規格。

Bluetooth NFC対応のヘッドセットと接触させてペアリングしたり、対応するデジタルフォトフレームやプリンタに写真を送る、店頭のタグを読み取ってアプリケーションやブラウザを起動するといった用途が想定されています。一年ほど前のBluetooth 2.1 NFCデモ動画も参照。6212 classicは今年Q3から、欧州及びアジア市場で販売される予定。国内の携帯でもTouch Messenger対応のフォトフレームかなにかに期待したいところです。
