プレイステーション3を17インチディスプレイ一体型に改造したPS3P プレイステーション3 ポータブルは世界で1台の特注品ですが、制作を請け負ってくれたMod師Ben Heckに自作ガイドを執筆して貰いました。第一弾は分解編。巨大なヒートシンクとファンを備えたPS3をバラしてパーツ単位にするところまで。素材には今や高価な60GB版を使っていますが、とんでもない金額になりつつあるチャリティオークションよりはずっと安く上がります。Ben Heck本人による解説はリンク先の本家Engadget記事へ。
