いまやS-ATAが標準になってATAが消えましたけどそのうちディスクといえばシリコンって時代になるのかも。いや、HDDって五月蝿くてありえない、とかいう時代は意外ともう直ぐかも。物理ディスクの高密度化に頼るより集積回路として密度を上げるほうがそのうち効率がよくなってくるんじゃないでしょうか？
