MacBook(2009)でも同様の音が出ていました。ピーー…シュルル、プツ。って。どんな音源に対しても、音の終了後数秒間の無音時に発生していたので、おそらく本体の何らかの設計的問題なんじゃないかと、個人的には思っています。
