Super Talentから世界初のUSB 3.0 SuperSpeed 対応USBメモリ、最大320MB/s

フラッシュメモリのSuper Talentから、世界初のUSB 3.0対応 USBメモリをうたう製品「USB 3.0 RAIDDrive」が発表されています。容量は32GB, 64GB, 128GBの3モデル。従来のUSB 2.0とも後方互換性を保ちつつ、USB 3.0対応機器に接続すれば最大 200MB/秒で、さらにUAS (USB Attached SCSI) ドライバを併用すれば最大320MB/秒の公称転送速度を誇ります。出荷時期は世界で12月予定、価格は未定。2011年ごろにはこれのUSB端子サイズ版をお願いします。
