May 13th 2006 1:42PM Miyamoto-san is an absolute genius. While not that bad, the interpreter barely does him justice. I'm so respect his humbleness and the way he patiently directs his answers, and the firm anchor he has in the vision of wii. Miyamoto-san and Iwata-san is the dream-team that are reshaping video-gaming for the 21st century. I am in total awe.
Interpreter and interviewers should show him more respect, he deserves it. Joystick could've be a bit more intelligent on how to discuss HD for example -....Also Nintendo never go to TGS, bad research. You should've asked him what was more exciting, displaying Mario 64 for the first time at the Shoshinkai or Galaxy at e3 this time.)

The 2 year old news-item on rigged online poker games posted the other day, and the mix of overpretentious "give a a star pliiiiiiiiz" with wisecrack pre-teen idiot comments made me wov to never come back to this board. Too bad, it was quite nice (until AOL bought your mothercompany - funny coincidence)
UK game industry types talk Revolution {Joystiq}
Mar 7th 2006 8:46AM Nintendo DS proves that there is a huge dormant market of gamers/people seeking to be entertained while educating themselves, so if Revolution can act in a similar way, it will at least make huge waves in Japan.
On another note, since this "Star"-system was introduced on Joystiq, comments are getting so pretentious it makes me sick. Its freakin' worse than Slashdot. Who are you trying to impress? Let your '"#&"5 hair down peeps. :#
Differently colored DS lites delayed ever so slightly {Joystiq}
Feb 26th 2006 5:04AM Tokyo outskirts and my local gameshop for the win (10 mins on a bike). Just confirmed over the phone they will do no stupid pre-orders and start selling 120 (one hundred and twenty!) pieces of shiny new white DS Lites in the morning. Yesss. Fattest pipes in the business.
