Jinsei Jozo Craft - 40's YELLOW

Style: Crystal Weizen

Alcohol content: 5.5%.

Ingredients: malt, hops

Brewed for the 40's, Crystal Weizen is a well-balanced cohesion of complex aromas of yeast-derived banana-like esters and phenols.

Jinsei Jozo Craft - 50's RED

Alcohol content: 7.0%.

Ingredients: malted barley, hops, sweet potatoes

An original ale brewed for the 50s. It balances the blend of specialty malts with a high alcohol content, giving it just the right amount of body and a refreshing mouthfeel with a mellow aftertaste to enjoy at the same time.

This craft beer project is also the third product in NEC's AI-based taste prediction series.

In the past, NEC has developed “Nomeru Bunko (Drinkable Library)” (released in 2017), a blend of coffee that uses AI to analyze the feeling of reading a masterpiece of literature and reproduce the taste of coffee, and “Anokorowa CHOCOLATE (At the time CHOCOLATE)” (released in 2018), which uses AI to analyze newspaper articles from 2018 and reproduce the mood of that era with the taste of chocolate.
