時と分の対戦スコアが時刻になるPONG時計の腕時計版を手作りするプロジェクトが進行中。作者は使い捨てデジタルビデオカメラのファームをハックしてPCに接続したり、セガのビジュアルメモリ用開発環境といった激しくニッチな世界では有名な John Maushammer氏。

表示に使う有機ELディスプレイ(1.2インチ96×64ピクセル)選びや時計部分のソフトウェアはほぼ完成、現在はバッテリーを含めた全体のパッケージに取りかかっているようです。

意外と鮮明な画面とサイズが分かる動画。どうしても欲しくなった人はRead先の開発Blogを読んで真似するか、一点ものとして製作依頼してみるといいかもしれません。
