時速350マイル(約560km)、垂直離着陸(VTOL)可能な「スカイカー」Moller M400のプロトタイプ一台が富裕層向けオンラインカタログNeiman Marcusの「クリスマスコーナー」に掲載されている。価格は350万ドル(約四億円)。輸送費・規制当局の許可手続きetcは含まず。

Moller M400は今後三年のうちにも少数が生産される予定だが、今回売り出されているのは一台限りのプロトタイプ。すでにホバリング試験には成功しており、初の有人・単独(＝ひも付きではない)飛行試験はこの秋に予定されているとのこと。
