ニンテンドーDS用外付けハードディスクやPSP用増設バッテリー＋HDDコンボも売っているDatelから、Xbox 360のHDDをPCにUSB接続するアダプタが登場。Xbox 360本体とHDDユニットの間に挟まるような形で、HDDの中身をPCのハードディスクにコピーできます。20ギガしかないうえにユーザ領域はもっと狭いXbox 360のHDDから一時的にデータを退避したり、Liveアカウントにロックされていないデータ類なら知り合いと交換したりetc。価格は30ポンドなので6000円くらい、登場時期は「まもなく」。
