デル、爆発炎上ノートの調査を開始

デル製とされるノートPCが炎上するショッキングな写真は先日the Inquirerに掲載されて以来大きな話題になりましたが、Reg Hardware経由ロイターによるとデルはこの事態を重く見てノートの残骸を回収、調査に乗りだしたとのこと。

最初にこの写真が「デル製ノート爆発炎上」として公開されたときは本当にDELL製なのか確認ができなかったため掲載を見送りましたが(通常は未確認情報や噂でも断った上で紹介するのですが)、デル自身が認め原因究明という対応になりました。

発火の詳細な原因はまだ不明ながら、デルノートなだけに「対応？なんだそれ？ユーザの作った勝手なイメージか？デルは　顧客に何もしない」ということにはならずひとまず安心です。

他社でも発火事例は出ているけど、これはショッキングなショットですね。
どこか特定の会社の部品が問題なのだろうか？
