iPodビル建設計画

Gulf News紙によると、ドバイの不動産開発業者Omniyat Properties社が23階建ての「iPodタワー」を計画中とのこと。首都ドバイ"Business Bay"に建設されるiPodビルは全200戸を超える居住用となり、デザインは香港のJames Law Cybertecture Internationalが担当。完成は2009年を予定。詳細は不明ですが、ドックを模して「6度傾いた」基盤の上に建造されるなどど穏やかならぬことが書いてあります。(上はまた別の3Dコンピュータグラフィック企業Archpartnersによるイメージ画像もの)。

アップルの許可云々は置くとして、オーストラリアの携帯電話ビルとおなじく竣工時にはすでに旧型になっていないかだけが心配です。
