PQIから2.5インチ 256GB SSD

3.5インチでは256GBや512GB版が(天文学的な値段で)販売・発表されていますが、pqiから2.5インチで256GBというSATA SSD (Solid State Disk)が発表されたようです。価格は確実にコンシューマ向けではないインダストリアルな数字になること以外不明。ノートPCで普及するのは64GB版がちょっと背伸びくらいの価格で買えるようになったときでしょうか。デルのノートでも選べるようになった32GB SSD + ExpressCardスロット用の16GB / 32GBフラッシュもありかもしれません。
