iPhone ファームウェア v1.1.2公開、TIFF脱獄無効に

かねてからの予想どおり、アップル iPhoneのファームウェア v1.1.2の提供が始まりました。Engadgetで尊い犠牲？を払って一台をアップデートしてみたところ、やはりTIFFライブラリの穴を使ったJailbreakは不可能になっています。そのほかは特にアイコンも増えず目立った変更はなし。アップデート後に挙動が速くなったという(因果関係の不確かな)報告もあるものの、基本的には脆弱性修正を主としたアップデートのようです。同時に登場説もあったiPod touchの新ファームウェアはいまのところ公開されていない模様。(追記：されました。詳細はこちらのエントリーで)。
