各種部品の揃ったchumby自作キット、99ドル

スタイリッシュな次世代モデルが明らかになったばかりのchumbyですが、外見がなんだろうと分解して遊ぶだけだからという人にはこちら。chumby自作キットを雑誌MakeでもおなじみのMaker SHEDが販売しています。キットはchumbyと同じ320x240の3.5型タッチスクリーン液晶、加速度センサ、WiFi用のボードやUSBのアダプタ、スピーカー、アルミフレームなど一通りの部品を収録。次世代モデルではCPUクロックが高速化されるという話ですが、こちらは現行と同じ350MHz動作です。価格は$99。ただし初回入荷分はすでに完売。次回入荷は11月後半の予定です。
